Sometimes…

I find myself in a low place. I sometimes get depressed. I know I suffer from seasonal affective disorder… I thought with the mild winter we had that I was doing quite well this time around and actually had hope, and then… Then, it hit me. Feelings of inadequacy, sadness, disinterest in many things in my life. I try to fight it off. I really do my best. Thankfully I have a great family that helps my through these times and I lean on my lord and savior Jesus Christ and His word. And I know I’ll be back to my old self when the cold weather is gone for a while and I have more warmth and sunshine in my life, but for now, I’m fighting my way back.
